1. Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (e-books, guides, audio reflections, and video courses), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Subscription Services
If you cancel your Premium or Ultimate subscription, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge date.
